Refund policy

At AmeriScot Designs, each item is made to order. Because of this, we handle returns a bit differently than mass-produced retail.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns or exchanges only if:

• The item arrives damaged

• The item is defective

• You received the wrong item or size from what was ordered

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue

If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection

• Buyer’s remorse

• Normal wear and tear

• Minor color variation due to screen differences

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
